Welcome to GROTM!
The objective of the Gekkonid Research OrganizationTM is to accurately and efficiently categorize, store and maintain information regarding any and all lizards in the monophyletic clade, Gekkota.  This site is based mostly on commonly accepted taxonomy and will incorporate a great deal of phylogenetics.  Any new updates will be recorded on this page and GROTM kindly asks that you be patient as this site is a huge undertaking and is going through massive changes.  We ask that you use the "How to use this site" link if you are having troubles getting around the site or don't know how to use the site.  If you can not find your answers on this site, have information or photos to add to the site or  if you have a comment about the site we would be happy to assist you via email.  GROTM is a non-for-profit organization and the upkeep and creation of this site is courtesy of Alejandro Lozano.  He is not being paid for this site and it is done solely in his spare time so updates are occasionaly few and far between.  All help is greatly appreciated.  Thank you for visiting our site and we hope you make good use of it!
